Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you would prefer to return the goods to us, you can arrange to drop them off to us and we'll process the returned goods.
Refunds
You have until Sunday midnight of the week you placed your order to cancel a pending order. Once your order is collected for production on the Monday following your order, we cannot cancel your order. If you are not satisfied with your products for any reason, you have up to 90 days from the date of your order to request a replacement, credit or refund.
If you believe you received a defective product, please photograph the product and contact customer service at theden@rawandfresh.com.au.
Refunds may take up to 7 days to be credited by your bank or financial institution.
