How Shipping Works
You don't need to be home to receive delivery.
All food deliveries are via refrigerated courier and packed with thermal liners and ice packs to maintain temperature. Your food will stay cold for at least 10 hours after arrival at your premises.
We deliver the week after you order, with our production week starting on Monday.
Sunday Midnight Shipping Cut-Off Day
Orders need to be placed before Sunday Midnight to be made fresh the following week for delivery. Any orders placed after Sunday midnight will be made the week after.
All orders placed on a given week are collated on Monday morning, made fresh to order and delivered the week following the order placement. Essentially, we will always start making your order on the Monday following your order date, then we deliver according to the time window slot you select during checkout.
We send notifications along the way, giving you heaps of time to plan for your next order, or make changes with enough notice.
Order Confirmation Email
This email arrives immediately when your order is placed. It contains step by step info about your order and shipping estimate. After you get this email, you have until Sunday midnight to make any changes.
Note that we cannot make changes or cancellations to an order after Sunday midnight, since we order our produce specifically for the orders collected the previous week.
Once an order is in production on the Monday, it will be completed. We don't accept cancellations for the week previous after Sunday midnight.
We can however redirect the delivery if you let us know very early in the week. See below.
Shipping Confirmation Email
On the Monday following your order placement, we send you a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking link.
Please click your tracking link every time you get this email. It'll save you a lot of hassle.
If you notice any issues with the shipping address, the chosen window, or the delivery instructions, this is the time to let us know. Although we can't cancel a delivery on Monday, we can redirect it, change the window, or add instructions if you let us know straight away.
Day of Delivery SMS
Our couriers will SMS you the night prior to delivery with an ETA and tracking link for the following day. Upon delivery completion our couriers will SMS you with a photo of your delivered box.
You don't need to be home to receive your delivery. It will just be left for you, following your delivery instructions that you can leave at the cart page before you initiate checkout.
