Delivery Regions Update: 1st October 2020

We're very excited to announce new serviced zones in the following regions:
- Kingaroy, QLD
- Melbourne Metro, VIC
- Southwest Victoria, VIC
- Sunshine Coast, QLD
- Toowoomba, QLD
IMPORTANT: Delivery Dates
Some of these zones are regional, so please pay careful attention to the delivery estimates, especially the ones that say "Monday Week, Tuesday Week, or Wednesday Week". These will take more time to service with a fresh delivery after an order is placed.
We line haul this produce in refrigerated trucks to remote locations to keep produce fresh from our make day. The products still arrive fresh, not frozen, but can take an extra few days to arrive to those zones. Please be patient when ordering.
Make & Delivery Process Reminder
Also, just a reminder of our fresh make and delivery process.
This confuses a lot of customers, so we like to take every opportunity we can to explain it!
We make everything fresh to order, straight from the farm. We also deliver fresh, not frozen, so we have a strict production, hygiene and delivery schedule to adhere to in order to maintain the highest quality standards.
Our order cut-off date is Sunday midnight each week.
We collect all orders placed in a given week by Sunday midnight, make fresh the following week according to region, then deliver during over the following days, depending on region.
- Order Cut-Off Sunday midnight.
- Start production days Monday and continue production each day of the week to ensure better product freshness to each region.
- Deliveries start Wednesday then continue for each region:
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
