How To Skip A Raw & Fresh Delivery

If you have a Raw & fresh Subscription scheduled to be delivered while you are away you can always skip that delivery date and you wont be charged. Raw & fresh will automatically start your deliveries once you get home so it's one less thing you need to worry about when you get home.

To skip a delivery just follow this simple steps: 

 

Step 1 - Log Into Your Raw & Fresh Account at www.rawandfresh.com.au

To log into your open open the menu at the top left of the page and scroll down to "Log in"

 

 

Step 2 - Click the "Manage Subscriptions" option on the right hand side menu shown below

Step 3 - Go to "Delivery Schedule" in the menu on the left hand side of the page and then you can click "Skip" on the Items and deliveries you don't want delivered while you are away.

Once this is done Raw & Fresh will automatically skip these deliveries and you wont be charge. Deliveries will then start again as shown in your delivery schedule.
